Want to Join a Rotary Satellite Club?

What is Rotary?
Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.

What does Rotary do?
Rotary members believe that we have a shared responsibility to take action on our world’s most persistent issues. Our 35,000+ clubs work together to:

  • Promote peace
  • Fight disease
  • Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
  • Save mothers and children
  • Support education
  • Grow local economies
  • Enhance the environment

Our local Rotary chapter-Williamston Sunrise Rotary is setting up a Satellite club that focuses on service projects in our local areas – Williamston, Dansville, and Webberville.

Here’s the concept. Meet monthly. One meeting is to connect, network and plan ways to impact our communities. The second meeting is an actual service project in the community.

We’d love for you to get involved!

If you’re interested or would like more information, please submit the following below and someone will get a hold of you soon.

The first service project for this new club will be a Red Cedar River Clean up.  Come have fun with a group that will make the river a great place to float on a tube or a kayak!  The group will determine projects after that.

Organizational Meeting:  Once a month. Next meeting is May 19 at NIESA located at 1296 W. Grand River in Williamston.
